Retirement and Disposal Criteria:

When garment is non‐repairable and worn where it doesn't provide the original protection, please dispose of garment.

This garment is not intended for fire entry, structural or wildlands fire fighting activties and provides no personal protection from chemical exposures. remove at once if fouled with flammable material. To prevent generation of potentially hazardous static electricity, do not don or remove in hazardous area.

Warranty:

Returns will only be accepted for items shipped in error or that have manufacturing or material defects. Any stocked garments altered into non‐stocked garments, e.g., short sleeve coveralls, hemmed pants, garments with embroidery or an emblem is a final sale. All claims must be made within five days of receiving the merchandise and need to have  a return authorization (RA) number assigned to it by a customer service representative. Returns without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the carton will be rejected.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise credits will be issued for returns.
